ORMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) Thursday May 1st at 7pm Manotick Arena Hall
Hello to the ORMHA community
As we look back on another season, hopefully filled with fun, learning and great experiences, the ORMHA Board is now preparing for the Annual General Meeting. Timing will be communicated soon and there are a few asks from the membership.
- ORMHA is a volunteer-run organization and volunteers are always appreciated when they put up their hand. The Constitution has an appendix that spells out positions and responsibilities for those considering volunteering. In addition to those not sure how they might assist, specific needs for next season include:
- Treasurer, which is preferred to be filled by a qualified professional and will be mentored by the current volunteer
- Level Convenors
- Tournament convenor/assistant
- Equipment manager
- Coaching and Development convenor
- Sponsorship convenor

- Start thinking about how you will respond to an end-of-season survey to be issued soon. Member input is very important to running an enjoyable program for all members.
